If you're a fan of filters, Color Efex Pro should make you happy. Its creative toolkit offers a wealth of options for photographers who want to give photos a distinctly vintage or filtered look. It has been around since the 90s and, although ownership has changed hands over the years, the collection of image editing tools continue to impress.
